Our Train The Trainer (TTT) workshop is awesome! On the first day, we focused on understandning our own learning and training styles using the Trainer Type Inventory. We also learned about the Experiental Learning Cycle and how to use it for activity planning, and for planning trainings. After some sessons on giving and receiving feedback, giving great presentations, and developing educational goals and indicators, we started working on planning training sessions.
We are about to start practice training sessions where we all will have the opportunity to watch eachother give trainings and give each other feedback on our strengths as well as the areas where we can all develope more skills. the group of participants is fabulous and offers a lot of great expertise ti CISV; they come from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finlnd, Greenland, Latvia and Lithuania... lucky countries to have such great trainers!
